You read this right....1/2 off all fried seafood EVERY WEDNESDAY during the winter! Plan your Wednesday dinners around Al's menu! STAY TUNED for the start-up date.....

Al’s Seafood is GOING GREEN!

We have started making more changes here at Al’s to help us become more environmentally friendly. Some of the ways that we are moving in this direction are……

We’ve added a recycling bin to our dining room for plastic and glass bottles & are no longer using Styrofoam containers for our chowders, replacing them with paper cups. Our drinking cups are made out of corn and are compostable. We will be switching to corn compostable utensils as soon as are through our current stock of plastic silverware. Soon we will be saying good bye to our bleached napkins and hello to unbleached eco-friendly napkins. We are also using SMARTFUEL, a local company that collects our used fryolater oil and processes it into biofuel. One of the big environmental benefits of this is that fuel made from vegetable oil burns much more cleanly than diesel fuel, reducing the emissions of greenhouse gasses by an average of 67% according to the EPA.
